This website is operated by Precision Industrial LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell new, new-old-stock, open-box, used, and surplus industrial products. Each item’s condition is stated in its listing. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the photographs, part numbers, specifications, and compatibility before purchasing.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and part numbers are used only for product identification. Precision Industrial LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers shown.

Prices and availability may change. We may cancel an order because of an inventory error, pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or shipping limitation. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

Shipping times are estimates. International buyers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and import fees. Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Precision Industrial LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the installation, use, incompatibility, failure, or resale of a product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado and applicable United States federal law.
