FREIGHT AND SPECIALIZED SHIPPING

Products requiring palletized freight, LTL freight, dedicated transportation, local pickup, or other specialized shipping arrangements are not eligible for free returns.

Returns of these products require prior written authorization. Unless the product arrived materially different from its description, damaged, or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return freight charges and safe packaging.
