Refund policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for products shipped through standard parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

To request a return, contact us at precisionindustrialmail@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns must be shipped using the return instructions or label we provide. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation. Items that have been installed, altered, disassembled, damaged after delivery, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection may not qualify for a refund.
